The Transformational Speaking Immersion is offered just outside of beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico, known as “The Land of Enchantment” for good reason. Here the legendary high desert landscape allows you to feel the ancient spirit of the Pueblo peoples. You can easily wonder why suddenly your dreams are so rich and alive, informing the new worlds and the new story you have come here to explore.

We encourage you to arrange your schedule to arrive early or stay after your program to explore. We can recommend Plaza area hotels within walking distance of many museums, art galleries, restaurants, performance venues and specialty shopping.
RISING CIRCLE RANCH –Our New Program Home!
Transformational Speaking is now offered exclusively through Modern Elder Academy (MEAWisdom). Modern Elder Academy is on TIME’s list of the World’s Greatest Places. We’ll meet at the 2600-acre Rising Circle Ranch just outside of Santa Fe, which spans nearly 2,600 acres of wildlife, hiking trails, winding arroyos, ancient petroglyphs, and awe-inspiring beauty. The Ranch embodies the American West with its endless skies and stunning views; you’ll have your own private room and the space to drop in fully for our work together with exquisite care and hospitality.

- 4-square miles of secluded ranch land and private space – a crucible for expansion
- Lush high-desert mountain views with breathtaking sunsets and starlit nights
- Plenty of room to roam – MEAnder around the arroyo or hike the ridge

Transformational Speaking Immersion Schedule
Your registration process will be directly with MEAWisdom with a link provided by Gail.
Your program tuition includes 5 nights at the Rising Circle Ranch, with four full days devoted to working with Gail in Transformational Speaking. MEA has been named by Time as one of the World’s Greatest Places! Modern Elder Academy: World’s Greatest Places 2024 | TIME.
On arrival and departure days there is no scheduled program. Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am.
The hospitality team at MEA will work with you to arrange transportation to the Ranch as well as assure your dietary preferences and needs are communicated to the chef.
On your arrival day, check in at the Cottonwood Retreat Center at Rising Circle Ranch is 3 pm, with dinner at 6:15 pm. This is a good afternoon to enjoy the ranch, arrange for horseback riding, or book a massage as there is no scheduled program. The hospitality team can arrange appointments for you.
Your program will begin the following morning. Prepare for four very full days, with a light breakfast beginning at 6 am, followed by yoga and/or mindfulness sessions, and a full breakfast at 8:30 am.
Sessions for your Transformational Speaking adventure begin at 9 am each day with a lunch break around 1 pm. Sessions continue after lunch until dinner, and there will be evenings gatherings of up to 90 minutes.
Depart by 11 am on the closing day, with no program that morning. This is another open time if you wish to book horseback riding.
Travel Planning
Getting to Santa Fe by Air.
Most people fly into Albuquerque NM (ABQ).
Santa Fe has a small regional airport (SAF) with flights to and from Denver, Dallas, and Phoenix.
Once you register, MEA will coordinate with you to arrange transportation directly to the Ranch from either airport. If you arrive in ABQ, plan up to 2 hours to collect your bags, meet your driver, and get to the Ranch; SAF just over an hour.
